Windows Server 2003 R2 VLK

Hi, I got a problem, I install a customer serveur 2003 R2 with my own vlk license to allow me to install and configure it while i receive my customer licenses.
few days later i received his key but i can't change them, it says to me that my new key is bad or banned or invalid.
winkeyfinder see correctly the key i used for the install.

how can i do ??? i d'ont want to start reinstalling it. and i want to change it because i'll install TSE on it plus multiple licenses.

Is your New key Valid?
If Yes Read FAQ. It has lots of Information and TIPs and Tricks, It is been added to help you all.

YES it's a brand new valid one, i just got it from microsoft license volume program (like the one i used for the install).
and i read your faq and tips and tricks and i saw nothing about it.
i just want to be able to change that damn windows product key without having to reinstall the server.

As far as I know winkeyfinder works for windows 2003, but I'm not sure about R2 does R2 mean Release Candidate two or somthing??
I will pm Imran and ask him what is the problem and solution to your problem

R2 is the name of 2003 with sp1 ;s release with this name now
but i can't change the key even zith ione valid... is it winkey that tells if a key is valid or is it the windows

I have the same problem winkeyfinder does not work with 2003 x64 r2. I get an unexpected error warning

It was not meant for 64bit version, Wait until vista is released, probably a version compatible with 64bit os will be released as Imran is planing to get vista as soon as it is released.
