| Fix for unexpected errors\null errors I notice that if you get the "unexpected error" when running winkeyfinder, just reboot the pc into safe mode and rerun winkeyfinder, work 3 different times for me, when it wont run in normal mode. Just thought I would pass this information on, incase it might help someone else. |

| Re: Fix for unexpected errors\null errors I have also found out that this unexpected error occurs if your system is not enabled to run WMI Script, Please check this option! 1. If the machine is running Windows 95/98 or NT 4.0 then you will have to make sure WMI is installed on the remote machine 2. If the machine is running Windows ME, 2000, XP or later then you will have to enable WMI on the remote machine For further information on how to install and configure WMI on the machines on your network so that you can audit these using ENT NetCenter, EntAudit or ENT Monitor, please refer to our knowledge base article: Preparing machines for auditing. 3.
