Nvidia released three beta 2 versions for Vista

Nvidia released three beta 2 versions,
including one for Windows Vista, the Redmond company’s long-awaited OS.

However, users who are planning on installing this last version and enjoying all of its advantages also need the latest drivers for the video cards.

Both ATI and Nvidia have been quick to release new driver versions for Vista Beta 2.

Nvidia has released ForceWare 88.61, which adds supports for the GeForce 7900 GS, GeForce 7600 GS, GeForce 7300 GT, Quadro FX 4500 X2, Quadro FX 5500, Quadro FX 3500, Quadro FX 1500, and Quadro FX 560 models.

ATI has released ATI Catalyst for Vista Beta 2, which supports the following models: Radeon 9500, 9550, 9600, 9650, 9700, 9800, X300, X600, X700, X800, X850
Radeon X1300, X1600, X1800, X1900 series
Mobility Radeon 9550, 9600, 9700, 9800, X300, X600, X700, X800
Mobility Radeon X1300, X1400, X1600, X1800
CrossFire Xpress 3200
Radeon Xpress 200, 200M
FireGL V7350, V7300, V7100, V5100, V5000, V3200, V3100
Mobility FireGL V5200, V5000, V3200, V3100
FireMV 2200 PCIE, FireMV 2400 PCIE

These drivers are in beta and are only recommended to those who have installed Vista Beta 2.

Aside from the video card solutions, Nvidia has also released drivers for the motherboards integrating the company’s chipsets. Nvidia nForce Vista x86 Beta 2 supports the following models:
