| Gives up on GUID Hello, I found my ID to be {00000409-78E1-11D2-B60F-006097C998E7} However, the program just gives up. Any help would be appreciated |

| hi, Thanks for posting this.. The problem is not with GUI-ID, You should be having a sub folder under your GUI-Id and that sub folder name in your registry should be named "DigitalProductID", check if you have DigitalProductID then its easy to get the product Key Decoded,.. Thanks Regards! |

| That therein lies the problem. I have updated it , office 2000, to sp4, but still have no dpid. There is not any key within this container. Any other suggestions would be helpful |

| Exactly, Im trying a different way of encoding the product key for office 2000, for most of the installations it does not have DigitalProductID, I will do somthing about it in the next release Thanks |
