Another ordinary error, many have this error.

Download: DAO360.dll From: Here Unzip it and save it in: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM or C:\WINNT\SYSTEM.
Then go to RUN and type: Regsvr32C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\Dao360.dll Regsvr32 C:\WINNT\SYSTEM\Dao360.dll

Change the paths to "regsvr32.exe" and the "Rational" directory to match your
system's configuration. The command example shows the default locations.
